Your new hire should get a message from their onboarding experience, and this is what it should say: 𝙒𝙚’𝙧𝙚 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙃𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙔𝙤𝙪!

Whether you are a big or small company, finding the time to set up a structured and awesome onboarding process is critical. Get leaders from other departments, peers, and teammates to help you. Devise a system that you can follow each and every time taking the guess work out when that new hire arrives.

Key Tip: Ensure your stellar onboarding experience extends through both the overall organization AND into their specific department. Your new hire is likely anxious and needs all the support they can get! This template can be tailored to what makes sense for your situation, but no matter WHAT you build be consistent.

Trust me, this effort will pay dividends on day one and well into the future.⭐
